“I’m not Fluffypants, I’m Tumbleweed. I just need to ask you a quick question.”

“What? Stand in the center, I can’t see you from here.”

Upon standing in the center, I could see a bit of the top that the spiral staircase leads up to. Although a bit far up, I could make out a Wolfhound staring right down.

“What’s your question, I’m busy.”

Upon realizing I was not who he wanted to see, his tone quickly turned grumpy.

“I just wanted to know if you’ve seen this dog.”

“I can’t see it from here. You ain’t too smart.”

“Could you come down and see?”

“I don’t have time to waste doing that, come up here yourself.”

It didn’t look too far up. With a brisk pace, it should only take me a minute or two to get up. However, the rickety wood did make me fearful of falling.
